If you the customer does not pick up the parcel when delivered and parcels are sent back to our warehouse(s); parcels being lost in the process, we German Lights are not responsible for this and refunds/exchanges will not be permissible.
Refunds/cancellations cannot be made once your parcel has been shipped, when placing a order please read the full product description and if its applicable for your car, negligence in failing to do so can result in your order not being refunded. All our items are inspected and quality checked before leaving our warehouse, we do not send damaged goods to any of our valued customers.
